1. Uninstall all previous versions of Adobe Reader.
a. Click “Start" > “Control Panel" > “Add/Remove Programs".
b. Select “Adobe Reader X.x", where X.x is a previous version.
c. Click on the “Remove" button and follow all prompts to uninstall.
d. Repeat for each previous version found.
