1. Uninstall all previous versions of Adobe Reader.
a. Click “Start" > “Control Panel" > “Add/Remove Programs".
b. Select “Adobe Reader X.x", where X.x is a previous version.
c. Click on the “Remove" button and follow all prompts to uninstall.
d. Repeat for each previous version found.

2. Determine your version of Microsoft Windows.
a. Click Start, then right-click on “My Computer".
b. Select “Properties" from the sub-menu.
